Después de realizar remixes Cut Copy, Sebastien Tellier, y  Modular, Gomma and Compost, llega el Ep con Gomma records del Portugues/Aleman y su proyecto, esta muy bien el ep, 3 tracks y 3 remixes de Lorenz Rhode, Xinobi y Munk & Rodion; otro que pinta muy bien el disco de debut. Esta muy muy bien el EP, MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!!

2009 culminated with Moullinex’s signing to Gomma Records, for which he has been recording a full-length album. In a quest to avoid repetition of what he’s done before, Luis invited friends to join his ranks, giving him a precious helping hand in shaping the sound. With this frame of mind, they have also been creating a live show, where fresh tracks are taken to a whole new level of interaction.

From sunny Portugal over to cold Munich, via Asia and America, Moullinex strives to take a bit of each place home to his music, finding similarities and contrasts in the most unusual things. Hear it for yourself.

Moulinex became Moullinex in 2009, upon signing to Gomma, to avoid legal action from the French small electrical appliances and kitchen equipment brand.

El album debut del escoces, uno de los discos con más expectativas despues de los singles anteriores y remixes para Freeland, Passion Pit, Lady Gaga, Moulinex…Grum y su peculiar manera de mezclar electro-disco-80, un disco para bailar, para la pista, esta muy bien.

In the last few years there’s been an inescapable feeling that dance music has been co-opted by indie types – stand up James Murphy and Alexis Taylor – whose junior record boxes were fuller of Kraftwerk than Chic. Grum, just like Mylo, is all about groove, not aesthetics, and although the cover of David Bowie’s Fashion is a horrible, death-by-vocoder train smash, on the basis of everything else here the likes of Calvin and Deadmau5 had better start looking over their shoulders now.
