Segundo disco del grupo de Leeds (el primero es del 2007!!!), sin inventar nada, han hecho un gran disco, en la mejor escuela de Jesus & Mary Chain con cantante femenina, y su voz penetrante, anteriormente habian realizado un remix con Sonic Boom. Empezaron como duo, y ahora se les ha unido Chris Cooper (ex-Pale Saints!!!!!). Esta muy bien el disco.
The result is a new batch of songs that show Insect Guide, far from struggling to follow their debut, are just hitting their stride: still darkly atmospheric, still multi-layered, still beautifully crafted – but louder, more direct, and more unashamedly ‘pop’.
With a MARC RILEY session under their belts and STEVE LAMACQ calling their version of Paparazzi “The Gaga cover that EVERYONE has been asking about”, Insect Guide will release their 2nd album “DARK DAYS & NIGHTS” in July 2010.
