Parralox is an Australian synthpop project, which was founded in 2008 by John von Ahlen. Shortly after Parralox had published her first song on MySpace, the band flew to within a very short time, many sympathies. The jaunty and fresh kind of Parralox songs meant that the Australians were able to quickly build a large fan base and also the media on Parralox to pay attention. Singer Amii is English by birth but lives in Australia. She has had much experience in the early stage musical and the medial region, while several vocal parts for commercials etc. accepted. In addition, it has been placed with the music almost from the cradle, because her father was once guitarist of the legendary British punk band The Zips’.
Formed in February 2008 from a mutual love of all things synthetic, science-fiction and surreal.
We make electronic pop in the same vein as Kraftwerk and Yazoo.
